Shaheen brings over two decades of experience in international operations and management. Her expertise spans across multinational and South Asian organisations within the fields of training, business development, operations and finance.

As Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for planning and executing the overall operational activities of Cognitio Services, ensuring the timely processing of applications, credibility assessments, and all other operational tasks. Shaheen oversees collaboration with higher educational institutions and agents to ensure smooth communication related to admissions and compliance. Additionally, she upholds quality standards and continuously evaluates and enhances the effectiveness of our processes.

Drawing from her extensive experience, Shaheen takes a dedicated approach to optimising operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with established standards.

As for her academic qualifications, Shaheen holds an undergraduate degree in Business Studies from the University of South Wales and professional qualifications in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
