Senior Manager - Recruitment and Agent Support Systems

Shazna comes with over a decade of experience in the academic sector, she currently holds the role of Manager - Agent Support Services and Knowledge Systems. She is responsible for managing the agent network and agent accounts for the company. As the knowledge analyst, she is responsible for keeping the team up to date with changes in requirements and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge database for the organisation.

Shazna began her career as a teacher, she joined Cognitio as a Credibility Assessor, and transitioned into her current role showcasing her pedagogical expertise and analytical acumen.

She holds an MA in Education from the University of Nottingham as well as a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certification.
