Shyni is a Senior Credibility Assessor cum Quality Assurance Officer responsible for reviewing and verifying applications, as well as conducting credibility assessments. Her excellent analytical skills and accuracy ensure high-quality daily operations.

With over eight years of experience in the academic and IT sectors, Shyni has worked as a developer, IT manager, lecturer, and teacher before joining Cognitio.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Cyber Security from the University of Gloucestershire, UK, and an MBA from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society (BCS, UK) and is currently studying for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
