Yasasvi, comes with 22 years of teaching experience in Sri Lanka and the UK, oversees the design, implementation, and management of learning and development programmes at Cognitio. She is responsible for enhancing skills, knowledge, and performance through training initiatives. Drawing from her extensive teaching background, Yasasvi takes a proactive approach to ensuring the effectiveness and relevance of training programmes.

Yasasvi has held the positions of assistant principal and deputy principal in the span of 12 years at Gateway College -Kandy, one of the leading international schools in Sri Lanka where she was responsible for managing the secondary school.

Her overall experience include teaching, career guidance, administration and management. She holds an MA in Education from the London Metropolitan University and a BA in Languages from the University of Peradeniya.
